Birthday ! Yay !

Yesterday was my birthday !

Finally 15 years old =) About time I say.  So far I’ve only gotten a new pair of Vans shoes, cause the family is coming over on saturday =)

Yesterday I got my 4th 12 (A+) in english in a row :D I gotta be honest with you, im pretty proud of myself.

EXTRAS and Insurgency.

I just got series one and two of EXTRAS the day before yesterday !  YAY !  I’ve watched the first 4 episodes, and all watch the rest over the coming monts – I don’t wanna waste it all on one day , you know ? (:

I didn’t buy it myself, and tbh I don’t know who gave it to me , but it MUST be my Dad :D

To all of you who own ‘Half Life 2′ for computer, you should visit Insurgency.

It’s a great mod for Half life 2, that will REALLY challenge your aim. This game has made me play every other fps game much more calm. Cause in Insurgency , if you’re some kinda trigger happy idiot, you’ll be dead in a few second :P

I managed to kill 3 of my teamates with only 2 bullets ! xD that was awesome – not for them , but I laughed.

Dreams and reality.

I’ve been dreaming much the last days. All about things that could happen in reality. I actually had a dream about one of my mates somehow guessing my password. When I woke up , I started to change my password and then I went “Wait ..”.

It’s kinda odd .. I’m having problems ‘remembering’ whats real and whats not.

By the way, on tuesday , I’ll get grades ! I’ll post them all ! :D Yay

Fifth and last day at IOI

:( …

Sad day. Last time i’m gonna see my new mates. Last day im gonna smell the newly cooked food in the (FREE) cantina. Last day i’m gonna enjoy loads and loads of free cola. Last day at IOI =( (Till i get work there , that is :D)

Anyways.

Fifth day:

Start as all the other days (Read the other posts).  When we were done with out level design , we went up to the cool level designer , Thorbjørn ! Yay ! His work is soooo cool. That may be one of the things i wanna do. Not sure though. But it was amazing. After that , we went to Thomzen ! He is a Sound DESIGNER ! Omg , that was motherfucking amazing. u wont believe it ! He recorded while we were talking to him about were we lived and such. then he sad and mixed it all , and he made it into music ! !!!! I have the sounds. ima upload it tomorrow, and u can have it.

So, if u live in denmark , GO TO IOI ! Its AMAAAAAAAAAAZING. Soooo much fun.

fourth day at IOI

This day was the best so far ! yaaaaaaay !

The day started out like normal. I come second, and then the 3 others come a bit after me. Me and the first one start playing doom ’till the other arive. When they get here , we get started – with soda ! yaaay ! Free soda is the 1337 ! and free buiscits ! yaaay.

Then we started with work. At this point , we’re close to finished at the project. Things to be done here and there, but almost done! Been trying to find pictures that may look like things that we want in our game.

Now – The whole excitement! We visited a LEVEL DESIGNER, IN HIS OFFICE ! WOW! It was amazing ! He showed us a cool map he was making for a new game (Which I can’t speak of :x) and he showed us everything ! SOO COOL ! Such fun ! And excitement :D And one guy told us about the ************* engine which im not allowed to talk about either :D

But yes , very good day. im gonna tell you all about tomorrow .. tomorrow.

Second and third day at IOI.

I wasn’t able to write a post yesterday – so you’ll get 2 today ! yay !

Second day.

We used this day to improve character design and map design. the story needed a little touch , so we worked on that a little aswell.

Free food ! And free soda ! yay. I think i drink 1.5 liters of cola a day just between 9pm and 4am :D

we work at the floor called “0″ in a room called “Corner room” cause , funny enough, its in the corner of the building. when we take the elevator from floor “0″ to “4″ we always spy on the ppl working to get a glimt on Kane And Lynch Dead Men.  Not a easy task, but we enjoy it ! :D

Third day

Finishing touches on character design and story. at this point, we are almost done, and ready to design a map.

One thing is on my mind , and bugs me a lot .. till now , we havent used computer programs yet , only Word 2007 (which is pretty cool anyway) and paper. It bugs me that we’re prolly not gonna see how to work with 3D models design on computer and not gonna code anything on any language. We’re only gonna make the idea for the game – Its fun and all, but it would be more fun really try the real deal , you know ?

First day at IOI

Okay, so itwas first day at IOI.

Things went okay I guess ..

started out with i woke up at 5:30 am .. Shit.

At 7 we took the train to copenhagen where IO Interactive is.

The train was 30 mins delayed, which ment i was gonna get their right when it was supposed to start.

But no. When we arrived at the train station in copenhagen , there were atleast 30 ppl looking for a taxi , and so was I.

When i finally got one, he told me that IO Interactive was just down the street !

Waste of time .. So I went down the street looking for IOI.

I found the street, but no the building – sigh.

after 20 mins of asking ppl for the location, and going up and down that street , i finally found it .. pheeew.

It was all good inside – they were just about to start , I had only missed the tour of the building.

Today we were supposed to come up with an idea , and work with that – what we’re supposed to do the other days , i dno.

i guess ill find out ! cya all !
